Why APB exists

Most investigative work product fails quietly: an unusable video, a log with gaps, a report that wilts under cross-examination. The loss doesn’t show up until the moment it matters most.

APB was built on the opposite premise: every engagement is executed assuming opposing counsel will inspect every step. Lawful acquisition, documented methodology, preserved chain of custody. If it can’t survive scrutiny, it isn’t evidence; it’s liability.
