Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 17, 2026

1. Who we are

APB Intelligence LLC (“APB,” “we,” “us”) is a licensed private investigative agency located at 1395 Brickell Avenue, Suite 800, Miami, FL 33131, telephone (786) 375-1446. This policy describes how we collect, use, protect, and share information obtained through this website. It does not describe our handling of information gathered in the course of investigative engagements, which is governed by the engagement agreement, applicable law, and, where we are retained through counsel, attorney work-product protections.

2. Information you provide

When you submit our consultation form, call us, or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, law firm or organization, email address, phone number, case type, preferred contact method, and any case details you include. You should provide only a general description of a matter at the inquiry stage; do not include privileged or highly sensitive material until an engagement is in place.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server infrastructure records standard technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of access. If analytics are enabled (see Section 6), aggregate usage data is also collected. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.

4. How we use information

  • To evaluate and respond to your inquiry and, if retained, to provide investigative services;
  • To operate, secure, and improve this website;
  • To comply with legal obligations, including licensing and record-keeping requirements applicable to Florida private investigative agencies;
  • To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use inquiry details for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list without your consent.

5. Confidentiality of inquiries

Every inquiry is treated as confidential. We do not disclose the existence of an inquiry or an engagement to third parties except as described in this policy or as required by law. Where APB is retained through counsel, investigative communications and work product are handled under the protections applicable to attorney work product.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies necessary for its operation. If Google Analytics (GA4) or Google Tag Manager is enabled, those services collect aggregate usage statistics using their own cookies; no form contents are transmitted to analytics services. You can decline or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out browser add-on.

7. How we share information

We share information only with: (a) service providers that support this website’s operation (hosting, email delivery, and form processing) bound to use it solely on our behalf; (b) our professional advisors (legal, accounting, insurance) where necessary; (c) authorities or parties when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our legal rights; and (d) a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

8. Data retention

Inquiry records are retained as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, to maintain business records, and to meet legal and licensing obligations, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion under Section 10.

9. Security

All traffic to this site is encrypted in transit (TLS). Form submissions are stored in an access-restricted database, and access to inquiry data is limited to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by Florida law.

10. Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 14. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within a reasonable time. If you are located in a jurisdiction granting additional statutory privacy rights (for example, the EU/UK GDPR or a U.S. state privacy law), we will honor those rights to the extent they apply.

11. Children’s privacy

This website is directed to legal and insurance professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors; if you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-party links

This site may link to external websites (for example, mapping services). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites; review their policies before providing information.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be posted on this page.
