Terms & Conditions
Effective date: July 17, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, operated by APB Intelligence LLC (“APB,” “we,” “us”), a Florida limited liability company and licensed private investigative agency (Agency License #A3600163). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Informational purposes only
The content of this website is provided for general information about our services. It does not constitute legal advice, investigative advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Investigative results depend on the facts of each matter; nothing on this site should be read as a promise of a particular result.
3. No engagement or professional relationship
Using this website, submitting the consultation form, or otherwise contacting us does not create an investigator–client engagement, an agency relationship, or any duty on APB’s part. An engagement exists only when both parties execute a written engagement agreement. Until then, do not send privileged, confidential, or time-sensitive material; information submitted before an engagement, while treated as confidential under our Privacy Policy, is not protected by an engagement agreement.
4. Lawful use of services
APB provides investigative services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Chapter 493, Florida Statutes, and other applicable law. We decline engagements that would require unlawful surveillance, pretexting prohibited by law, harassment, or any other illegal activity. You represent that any inquiry you submit relates to a lawful purpose.
5. Acceptable use of this site
- Do not use the site in any way that violates applicable law;
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its server, or connected systems;
- Do not transmit malware, interfere with the site’s operation, or circumvent its security features;
- Do not scrape, harvest, or index the site’s content by automated means without our written consent;
- Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiries.
6. Intellectual property
The site and its contents (text, design, graphics, logos, and marks, including the APB Intelligence name and monogram) are the property of APB Intelligence LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference; any other reproduction, distribution, or use requires our prior written consent.
7. Third-party sites and services
Links to third-party websites or embedded third-party services (such as maps) are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, APB disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, APB Intelligence LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APB Intelligence LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Contact
